Delivery and Availability of your Order

Next to each item we sell there are Availability Icons. These are updated daily to ensure that you have the most up to date information regarding stock availability and delivery options.

Standard Delivery & Economy Delivery

Standard Delivery items are delivered on the days and price specified at check out.

This Item is in Stock

The item is in stock and available for delivery in the time scale stated. We endeavour to update the stock icon hourly during working hours.

Call and Collect

These items are available for collection 1 hour after your order has been placed from our warehouse at Carpets Direct (GB) Ltd, Unit 3 Riverside Works, Reservoir Road, Hull HU6 7QD

Other Information

Other than Next Day delivered items, deliveries are made within the time scale given on the availability icon next to each item. For orders made over the Weekends and Bank holidays items will be dispatched the Next Working Day for delivery the following day. (Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays).

Postage & packing for Delivery is based upon the weight of your order and calculated at checkout:

Highland and Lowland Deliveries: Please refer to shopping cart for exact costs and all deliveries in these Zones are 3 working days.

Due to restricted deliveries in these areas, certain items and larger pallet delivered orders of over 3 items or 90kg are excluded from the Zone 2 delivery option and should you wish to call for a quote please ring us on 0800 599 9898.

Please Note

In the event of a failed delivery on the first and second attempt, the recipient will be left a card asking them to contact the depot to rearrange delivery.

The undelivered consignment will be held at the local depot for a further 3 days, but if the depot is not contacted within this time frame the consignment will sent back to us and further charges may be incurred by the buyer for redelivery.

All consignments are delivered by TNT Parcels and Palletline and we request that someone is available to sign for the goods upon delivery. Deliveries of larger orders may be made via pallet service and are sometimes left to the kerb side only. Help may be required to move some items to your premises.

We also assume that access is available for HGV'S for larger orders.

Any damage or short delivery should be reported to us within 48 hours.


Please ensure that your goods are inspected prior to signature for damage and that any arrangements for the fitting of floor coverings are made after the delivery has been made.

Once the goods have been signed for in "Good Condition“ the carriers will reject any claim for damages.
